Logistics Service Terms​​

LOWEX TECHNOLOGY LIMITED​​ is a logistics solutions provider in SINGAPORE , aiming to revolutionize global supply chain management. Logistics services are the backbone of international commerce, connecting businesses and consumers worldwide. Services are provided by onowatch SUITE 1701-02, 17/F 308 CENTRAL DES VOEUX 308 DES VOEUX RD CENTRAL HONG KONG. (SUITE 1701-02, 17/F 308 CENTRAL DES VOEUX 308 DES VOEUX RD CENTRAL HONG KONG) (referred to as “onowatch” or “We”).

​​1. Service​​
1.1 ​​Scope​​: This Agreement governs access to and payment for logistics Services. You may access and use logistics solutions in accordance with this Agreement and our Operations Policy.
1.2 ​​Availability​​: onowatch will make reasonable efforts to ensure service continuity. Service may be interrupted due to force majeure events, system maintenance, or network issues.

​​2. Use of Service​​
2.1 ​​Access Rights​​: Grants limited, non-exclusive rights to use logistics services during active subscription periods.
2.3 ​​Account Requirements​​: Users must be ≥18 years old with valid registration. Maintain accurate company/contact information.
2.4 ​​Equipment​​: Users responsible for compatible hardware/software required for service access.

​​3. Payment & Billing​​
3.1 ​​Service Plans​​: Fees based on selected logistics tier (e.g., Standard, Premium, Enterprise).
3.2 ​​Payments​​: Must provide valid payment method. Currency as quoted at purchase.
3.4 ​​Taxes​​: All applicable taxes are customer responsibility.
3.5 ​​Pricing Changes​​: onowatch reserves right to modify plans/pricing.

​​4. Limitations & Liability​​
4.1 ​​Prohibited Acts​​:

Reverse engineer service infrastructure
Unauthorized data scraping/extraction
Upload sensitive cargo documentation violating data laws
4.3 ​​Indemnification​​: Customer liable for claims arising from breach of terms or illegal cargo.
​​5. Intellectual Property​​
5.1 All onowatch systems, software, and processes remain exclusive property. No rights transferred.

​​6. Data Processing​​
6.1 ​​Account Data​​: Processed per Privacy Policy.
6.2 ​​Cargo Information​​: Customer warrants legal right to process and transmit shipment data.

​​7. Third Parties​​
7.1 May use subcontractors for service delivery.
7.2 Linked services (e.g., customs portals) governed by third-party terms.

​​8. Warranty​​
8.1 Services provided “AS IS”. Disclaims merchantability/fitness warranties.
8.2 User warrants:

Registration accuracy
Legal capacity to contract
Compliance with transport regulations
Non-automated access
​​9. Liability Limits​​
9.2 Maximum liability = Fees paid in preceding 6 months.
9.6 ​​Force Majeure​​: Not liable for service disruptions beyond reasonable control.

​​10. Term & Termination​​
10.2 May terminate subscription at current plan’s expiration. No refunds for prepaid periods.
10.3 onowatch may terminate for material breach or operations policy violations.

​​11. General​​
11.2 Amendments posted online. Continued use = acceptance.
11.5 ​​Governing Law​​: Estonian law applies. Disputes in Estonian courts.

​​Refund Policy​​
Refund conditions:
a) Requests within 7 days of payment for unused services
b) Partial refunds may apply for:

Uninitiated shipments
Service disruptions verifiable as onowatch’ responsibility
Exclusions: Enterprise plans, custom clearance fees
